Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions set forth for Graze&Board and are subject to amendments, effective immediately upon writing. Ordering, booking, and/or paying for any product or service with Graze&Board, you are deemed to have understood, consented, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ordering:

Our products are all made to order utilizing fresh ingredients. To secure your order for boards and/or boxes, full payment must be made for confirmation. All orders should be made through our email, grazenboard@gmail.com to ensure confirmation. We do not accept checks.

Grazing Tables:

Grazing tables will require a 25% deposit to receive preliminary confirmation and full payment must be completed one week before the event date. We require a minimum of seven days notice to book a grazing table, please be advised that any tables booked with less than two weeks (fourteen days) out will require full payment for confirmation. We do not hold dates and all orders are tentative and not secured/confirmed without the correct deposit and proper payment. This is payable via bank transfer, cash, or other pre-approved transactions.

Graze&Board is a self-service grazing table only, we do not provide staff to work during your event. Please allow 2-5 hours for set-up before your event begins, timing will depend on size and requirements and will be estimated upon deposit. We do not offer take-down service and you will assume responsibility of proper storage and disposal of all items. Our service is complete upon final product set-up, prior to event start.

Table Requirements:

A suitable table must be provided at the venue. Graze&Board is not and will not be liable for any circumstances, costs, liabilities, or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to table requirements.

Graze&Board does not supply plates, cutlery, or napkins. Should you need or want tableware; including stands, elevated plating, and props; additional fees may apply. If there are none required, standard butcher paper and basic tableware to hold goods, is included in every Graze&Board grazing table setup.

Delivery:

We are located in Dallas and service the entire metroplex. Delivery fee for proper Dallas (within approximately 15mi from our home office) is a flat rate of $10, outer DFW metroplex areas will have a flat rate of $25. Delivery fees should be incorporated with payment along confirmation.

For grazing tables and catering outside of DFW, we work on a case-by-case scenario with different minimum orders. Please email us at grazenboard@gmail.com to inquire!

Food & Produce:

Please be advised: All boards, boxes, and tables are mixed with premium quality cheeses, meats, nuts, crackers and/or breads, chocolate, fruit, other accoutrements and condiments. Each are subject to seasonality and availability. It is your responsibility to inform us of any and all allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions well in advance of your service date. Our products are all prepared within the same kitchen and therefore not a complete allergy-free environment, however, we do our best to clean and sanitize between each order. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, they may not always be possible and can vary in pricing from website. All products are subject to price change at any given time.

Should you require labeling on your boards, boxes, and/or grazing tables, please be advised that an additional fee will be added to ensure proper labeling. Label pricing will be based on amount of labels and details per label required.

Cancellations:

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your purchase / booking, board and box orders may be canceled for full refund if canceled one week (seven days) or more before expected delivery date. A partial refund may be warranted for orders on boards and boxes up until 48 hours before expected delivery date, and any cancellations under 48 hours are not subject to a refund. For cancellations or amendments to grazing tables, we require a two week (fourteen days) notice before expected service date, and deposits (25% of total purchase price) will not be included in refund. All deposits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability:

The limitations on liability set out below will not apply to any claim which is the consequence of fraud, dishonesty, willful concealment, willful misrepresentation, or gross negligence by or on behalf of Graze&Board.

Graze&Board will under no circumstances whatsoever, be liable for you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for any special, indirect or consequential losses arising out of this Agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Graze&Board’s maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the aggregate value of the invoice issued to the customer by Graze&Board under this Agreement.
